The Great Wooden Stick
The first time when i visit this place indeed was with my family, but the impression was faded, not much of memories, maybe i was too young at that time..For me, what i remember was the Primary 6's trip with my fellows buddy and form teachers. It was the first time that i could bring my own wallet, hang out with my friends, could buy my own things without parent's permission, and i could play 'n' times of Games, bought as many ice-cream and soft drinks as i wanted to.
During that trip, Malacca was the place that i bought souvinier for my family, but during that time, Malacca was the last destination of my whole journey, and indeed i din't left much money with me (90% of my money spent in Genting Theme Park, gaming machine, funfair), and of course the bus driver brought us to those famous tourist's spot(Redhouse, Cocodile Farm, Bla bla bla bla...), and tried the Durian Cendol from Tan Kim Hock... and yeah... i bought 2 batang of Durian Dodol and Coconut Dodol(Dodol: malay traditional food, where made by durian or coconut) but what i remember until now was, i bought the very 1st massage tool for my parents! The 'thing' was made by wood, it has 2 big solid wooden balls and middle of the balls it has a long straight wooden stick and it was a handle of this massage stick! According to the uncle and base on his demo about how to use this massage stick, i was really impress with what he said, "improve the circular of our blood, relaxing our muscle... bla bla bla..."and i was really happy and proud of myself that i had bought such a new and cheap souvinier for my Mom, and i'm such a filial son... i was thinking the credits once i present this wooden stick to my parents, and wonder with what they will said to me : wahh ni hen guai oh! wo hen xi huan! xie xie ni ah! (wah.. you are so nice, i'm appreciate it, thanks ah!) hehe** i'm giggling** and i'm so proud of myself :P
but who knows... things always truns out with the different expectation as we does... when reach home, and in car when my parents fetch me back from school, i immediately take out the 'massage magic stick' for my mom, and i said: mom this is for you. and with a big smile to her..
her face expression was like embaress and kinda funny with this wooden stick... and my dad was laughing at me! he said: hao xin ni lah!!! mai zhe zhong dong xi hui lai~~ (please lah you! bought this kind of thing...). i was really cannot understand what he mean by ' this kind of thing' for me it is just a great cheap and brilliant wooden massage stick eh...
but for so many years have passed... now i just realise that wonderful wooden stick just like the male's organ... stick at the middle of 2 balls eh?
hehehe... i wonder now days still can find this great wooden stick that only can found in Malacca?
